Common questions

My product was defective, how should I proceed?

Contact Bibi's Relationship Centre so we can generate the reverse logistics. In this process you will resend the product to us at no cost. After we receive your product, we will send it for testing in our quality lab. The deadline for testing and resubmitting a new merchandise is up to 30 days, depending on the product. Whilst finding the origin of the problem we will proceed with the exchange process according to the rules established in our Exchange Policy.

How to calculate Shipping?

Is it possible to add products or change the delivery address, size, model and colour after the order is closed?

No. After the order is closed, you can't make changes. For order cancellation, please contact us through our Call Centre.

Will I only receive the order after paying all the card's instalments?

No. The order will be dispatched after the approval of the payment by the Card Administrator, which may take up to 24 hours, after confirmation of the "order placed".

My order should have arrived by now! How to proceed?

If you have not yet received your order, check your history with the "My Orders" option. Log in and check the latest information about your order. If the information is not enough, please contact us through our Call Centre.

How soon will my order be posted?

After payment confirmation, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. The collection of the Post Office is done Monday to Friday between 3 and 4 PM. Orders made, or with confirmation of payment after this time, will be sent on the next business day. The tracking code will be sent in up to 72 hours, as this is the deadline that the Post system requests to pass this information to Bibi Virtual Store.

My parcel was misplaced, what do I do?

In this case, Bibi will enter a Request for Information with the Post Office, so that there is compensation. The deadline for reply of the Post Office, and new posting of the request, can vary from 7 to 30 days, this period is given by the Post Office and not the Bibi Virtual Store.

Order Status:

Understand the status of your order:
Awaiting Payment: Your request has been received and we are awaiting confirmation or approval of the payment, which is sent to us by the operator;
To Send: your payment has been confirmed / approved and your order has been passed on to the Distribution Centre to be withdrawn from the stock, packed and wait for the collection of the Post Office;
Sent: Your order is still in transit to the destination and the tracking code has already been automatically sent to your email;
Finished: your order has already been delivered;
Cancelled By Store: If your credit card is not approved or there is no confirmation of payment of the bank slip / transfer within 5 business days, the order is automatically cancelled by the credit card company or bank.
